The ToolKeepers Design Process

Four diverse coworkers collaborate over robotics project in modern office with whiteboard in background.

Consultation

Using design-thinking and CAD technology, we design draft layouts of custom toolkitting that consider your tools or other objects, the environment they'll be organized or stored in, and the work you need to do.

Prototype

Prototypes of custom foam inserts are created using low-cost styrofoam.

Test Fit

Your actual tools are added to the prototype toolbox insert to test fit the design. Needed changes are applied to the CAD files and a second prototype is produced and tested.

Production

Once the final prototype is approved, high density polyethelyne (HDPE) foam inserts are precision-cut using state-of-the-art waterjet technology.
